4.1 Listings that offer the sale or buying of gold, silver and other precious metals (not including jewelry) are prohibited.
4.2 Rough diamonds and “conflict minerals” originating from non-compliant countries may not be listed.
5. Counterfeit currency and stamps
Tobacco Products
5.1 The posting of tobacco products, including but not limited to cigars, cigarettes, cigarette tobacco, pipe tobacco, hookah tobacco, chewing tobacco and tobacco leaf is strictly prohibited.
5.2 The posting of electronic cigarettes and accessories is permitted, however nicotine and other liquids (e-liquids) for use in electronic cigarettes is forbidden
6. Alcoholic Beverages
6.1 The posting of alcoholic beverages, including but not limited to Beer, Wine, Whisky, Gin, Vodka, and Rum is strictly prohibited.
7. Fake documents
(e.g. Degrees or Diplomas, Government and transit documents, Government IDs and licenses)

10. Restricted Countries
In addition to the above product listing policy, Vietcobay does not allow users to sign up from any country that is on the US and other international sanctions list. Any user profile from such geographic location will be automatically deleted without any prior notice to the user.
